Today was training and the Inbox of Mayhem (seriously, coordinating 150 people sending in forms, and telling them, 'no sign it properly,' 'no, you can't do that,' and recording their answers and forwarding on queries and ... argh. Tomorrow promises to be no better. At least I'm busy ( Read more... )
